Unpaid invoices will be cancelled 4 weeks after the sale date.

Please check your spam folder if you have not received your invoice email by EOD Monday after a sale.

 

         Automatic Payment:

         LiveAuctioneers: If your invoice is under $500 total hammer price and your account is in good standing, your invoice will

         be set to autopay and will be processed within 24 hours of the auction closing. 

         Invaluable & auctions.ameliajeffers.com: If still unpaid and eligible for card payment, your invoice will be automatically           charged two weeks after the sale.

         If we are able to ship your items in-house, your shipping charge will only be payable through methods on this site.

         You will receive the invoice via email. ​

 

Cash: Cash payments are accepted in person. 

​

Check: An old-fashioned paper check is just fine (in person or by mail to 620 E Weber Road, Columbus, Ohio 43211).

To ensure funds clear, checks from unestablished bidders are subject to a 7-day hold prior to release.

ACH: This is essentially a digital check service that is offered by our bank. There is no fee, and you simply need to enter

the routing and account numbers that are on your checks OR you may email a copy of a voided check to info@ameliajeffers.com with a confirmation of your invoice number and the amount you authorize us to debit.

To ensure funds clear, ACH payments from unestablished bidders are subject to a 7-day hold prior to release.

This is the most efficient and secure way to pay your invoice.

Card: You may pay by card in person or online at the links below. There is a 3.5% surcharge charged by our card provider that is automatically added to your total.

Established bidders (at least 3 successful transactions), may pay their bill by credit card at the following link:

Bidders who are not yet established with us will need to provide proof of identity and written authorization prior to paying by card. These are the steps for new bidders, not yet established with us:

​                                          1. Click on the button below. You will be redirected to our card authorization form site.

                                          2. Enter your full name and email as directed.

                                          3. Check your email and open the message with the subject line "Amelia Auctions & Appraisals Card                                                        Authorization"

                                          4. Complete the form with your card information and digital signature, and upload a copy of                                                                     your government-issued ID. 

                                          5. You will be directed to the card payment site to enter your card details and process the transaction

 

 

 

 

Pickup:  We cannot guarantee loading assistance will be available. Please bring help should you need loading assistance. So that we may provide the best service possible, we request a 24-hour notice for pickups. Pick up appointments are available at our Auction House (620 E Weber Road, Columbus, OH 43211) Monday - Friday, 10a - 4p. You can request an appointment by emailing info@ameliajeffers.com or calling 740.362.4771. ​

Shipping: We are happy to offer in-house shipping for smaller items. We automatically add in-house shipping estimates to all out-of-state buyers for whom we can offer shipping. If you do not have a shipping charge on your invoice, please refer to our third-party shipper list. If you are using a third party shipper, please notify us by email after your invoice is paid to authorize their pickup on your behalf. If we can suggest other shippers or help troubleshoot shipping concerns, just let us know and we will do our best to help.
