Bidding limits: In an effort to curtail fraudulent bidding and theft, we’ve recently updated our policy regarding bidder registration and bid limits. To help ensure a secure and transparent bidding environment, all new bidders must now complete an identity verification process before their bid limit is increased from our introductory bid limit of $1,000.
If you are a new bidder with us, you may request a bid limit increase by email or phone. You will be
required to provide the identity and financial verifications listed below, based on the bid limit increase you
are requesting. Please ensure that all documentation matches the information listed in your bidding
platform account. If your account is registered under a business address, a government-issued document—
such as a certificate of incorporation—and a business card showing the account name will also be required.
Verification Requirements by Bid Limit:
Up to $5,000 – Provide a clear image of a valid ID showing your name and address.
Up to $10,000 – In addition to your ID, submit a recent utility bill or similar document showing the same name and address.
Above $10,000 – Requires a brief phone call to discuss your bidding plans, as well as other documents which may include a recent financial statement or bank reference verifying financial liquidity exceeding the amount requested.
All documents should be emailed to our encrypted address: ameliajeffers@proton.me.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity of our sales.

International Shipping: Unfortunately, due to the uncertain impact of recent tariffs on the shipment of art and antiques internationally, we must pause our in-house international shipping services until further notice. It is recommended that bidders contact a third-party shipping service to seek details about the costs of shipments before placing bids, and bid accordingly. Auction sales to international bidders will not be rescinded on the basis of tariffs, and the bidder is responsible for any associated tariffs for auction purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience, and look forward to resuming international shipping services when we can.
